Kourtney Kardashian Barker is facing her postpartum struggles with a positive mindset.
The reality TV star opened up about the challenges of returning to work after the birth of her and husband Travis Barker's six-month-old son, Rocky Thirteen Barker.
“I was three months postpartum and not feeling quite ready for a big shoot like this where there's lots and lots of people watching me all day," Kourtney (45) said in an Instagram post about her return to the set of Keeping up with the Kardashians.
“Even though my baby boy was with me all day on set it's not the same when I'm covered in makeup, in high heels and wearing a dress versus our snuggly days at home in pyjamas.”

What made all the difference was changing her mindset, thinking positively and counting her blessings, she says.
“I am so blessed to be able to bring my baby to work. How blessed to get to work alongside my sisters and mom . . . we really have so much fun together,” she added.
This is not the first time she's opened up about embracing the postpartum journey.
Kourtney, who's also mom to Mason (14), Penelope (11) and Reign (9), last month shared an Instagram story encouraging other new moms to love their bodies at all stages.
“During pregnancy as we are glowing and growing, postpartum as we are healing and shrinking, and then that period I find the hardest as our bodies are still adjusting,” she wrote.
“I try to be kind to myself as my body finds a new normal. The pressure put on us to bounce back when everything is new and different isn't realistic.”
Kourtney has also been enjoying spending time with her blended family.
She's shared a series of snaps of family celebrations, including a trip to Sydney, Australia, with her kids to celebrate her 45th birthday, and last week Travis (48) shared pics on Instagram of their family holiday in the Bahamas.
