When King and Kingston were born prematurely at 26 weeks their chances of survival seemed slim.
At birth they weighed less than a block of butter each, but six months down the line, the twins from Bloemfontein are thriving.
“I knew it was going to be a challenge, but I didn't expect that they would have the house on edge,” says their father, Karabelo (45), about the challenge of having not one but two busy babies at home.
