Prince William and his eldest son, Prince George, have made their first public appearance since the Princess of Wales announced she had cancer.
Dressed casually in matching jeans and jerseys, father and son were seen in the stands supporting their beloved football team, Aston Villa.
George (10) displayed his love for the club by wearing an Aston Villa scarf and cheered when his team scored the opening goal against Lille.
The second in line to the throne inherited his love for the club from his father, William (41), who has supported them since he was a teen.

It’s believed that George and his siblings are still on holiday and have been staying at Anmer Hall in Norfolk for the school break.
The Waleses have been keeping a low profile since Kate's shock cancer announcement but William recently took to X (formerly Twitter) to wish Aston Villa and England star football player Rachel Daly well on her retirement.
“Thank you for so many unforgettable performances with @Lionesses, @RachelDaly3. Plenty more goals for Villa now,” he wrote on the official Kensington Royal account he shares with his wife.
While Kate (42) hasn’t been seen in public since revealing she had cancer, William was spotted enjoying a drink at the local pub with her mother, Carole Middleton. The Prince of Wales is expected to return to duties now that the Easter break has passed.

Carole has been helping to look after Kate following her diagnosis and is known to be very involved in her grandchildren’s lives.
William and Kate's team at Kensington Palace have been hard at work sending thank-you letters to well-wishers who wrote in to wish the princess well as she battles cancer.
While it’s not yet known when Kate will return to public duties, her withdrawal from public life hasn’t affected her popularity in Britain.
According to a British YouGov poll, Kate was the nation’s most favoured member of the royal family between February and April this year.
In February, before Kate's diagnosis was made known, the Prince of Wales held a strong 77% rating as Britain’s most-liked royal, with his wife following closely in the second spot at 74%.
At the start of April, days after her she revealed her cancer diagnosis, Kate's rating increased, boosting her popularity to 76%.
