Los Angeles - Nicolas Cage's son Weston has been ordered to stay 100 yards (91.44 m) away from fitness trainer Kevin Villegas.
The 20-year-old musician - Nicolas' son with ex-girlfriend Christina Fulton - had to be taken to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles in a gurney after he tried to attack Villegas, who was trying to stop him from ordering a certain food on a menu, and a judge has now decided a restraining order should be granted.
According to TMZ, the judge - from an unknown court - has given the order after Villegas said he was "mentally unstable" and made "threats of violence" to him and his family during the fight.
‘Freaked out’
In addition to staying 91.44 m away from the trainer, Weston must also stay away from his family.
The fight reportedly started when Weston "freaked out" at the Hollywood eatery The Farmer's Kitchen, but some onlookers claimed Villegas - his high school wrestling coach who has been hired to protect him - "provoked" him into fighting.
A source said he gave the rock musician 13 punches to the face, adding: "He deliberately provoked Weston. And he wouldn't stop even though people were telling him to. He (Villegas) could have easily subdued Weston."
