Prince Harry to holiday with girlfriend

London - Britain's Prince Harry is hoping to go on holiday with his new girlfriend, Florence Brudenell-Bruce.

The lingerie model – known as Flee to her friends – is said to be keen for the royal to come on holiday to the Spanish party island of Ibiza with her, and stay in a villa she has hired with some friends.

A source told the Daily Mail newspaper: "Harry is busy with his Apache helicopter training but he’s always wanted to go to the island so he’s hoping to escape for a weekend to spend time with Flee and the gang there in August.

"He and Flee are enjoying a real summer romance."

Florence is also said to have won over Harry's brother, William, and royal aides, who have described her as "sweet, funny and charming", and they are said to be doing everything they can to ensure they get as much time alone together on dates as possible.

Harry's friends

The source added: "Flee has been introduced to William and to palace aides, which is a significant step.

"She has gone down a storm in the royal household. Harry’s aides think she is sweet, funny and charming.

"Harry’s friends have rallied round them and have done everything they can to help their relationship blossom as quietly as possible.

"When he wants to go out for a date, five or six of his closest confidants surround him and Flee as they enter a restaurant – dispersing to leave them in peace for a romantic meal-a-deux once inside.

"As friends go, Harry’s are as loyal as they get."

The prince was spotted on Saturday at the wedding of his cousin Zara Phillips to rugby player Mike Tindall.
