3 stories to get you in the mood for awards season

Cape Town – Awards season is in full swing and it’s only going to get better.

With the Golden Globes, the Oscars, SAG Awards and more still to come entertainment news headlines have been filled with host announcements, who should get a nod and who might be snubbed.

Jimmy Kimmel will return to host the Academy Awards while the first ever SAG Awards host has been bestowed unto Kristen Bell.

And, according to our movie reviewer, Emma Stone should expect an Oscar nod for her performance in Battle of the Sexes.

Thought it would be cute to start off 2018 with a stomach ulcer. I’ll be hosting the 24th annual screen actors guild awards Sunday Jan 21! And YES in the video I say Jan 22. First mistake of many to come. :) @sagawards
