Sex and the City 2 up for Razzie?

Los Angeles – Sex and the City 2, Little Fockers and The Twilight Saga: Eclipse are among the movies up for this year's Golden Raspberry Awards.

The movies are among 12 finalists believed to be making the shortlist for Hollywood's annual booby prize – dubbed the Razzies – of Worst Picture, with the final nominations set to be announced on January 24.

Despite being critically panned and missing out on a place in the Worst Picture category, Cher and Christina Aguilera's Burlesque is rumoured to be up for six dishonours, including Worst Screenplay, Worst Director and Worst Actress.

Meanwhile, Jessica Alba could potentially pick up four Razzies for Worst Supporting Actress in The Killer Inside Me, Little Fockers, Valentine's Day and Machete, while Oscar-winning star Angelina Jolie is nominated for The Tourist, despite receiving a Golden Globe nod for the same role.

Elsewhere, George Lopez was one of the worst-hit actors, being a contender for Worst Supporting Actor for his performances in The Spy Next Door, Marmaduke and Valentine's Day.

The Razzies – which are overseen by writer John Wilson – also include a new category for this year's awards, with Piranha 3D, Resident Evil: Afterlife and The Nutcracker in 3D all up for Worst Eye-Gouging Misuse of 3D.
