No money for ex in Amy's £10m will

London – Amy Winehouse's ex-husband won't receive any money from her £10m estate, reports the Daily Mail.

A close friend of Amy's told the Daily Mail: "Around the time of the divorce, all of Amy's finances were sorted out – and Blake can't get his hands on any of it."

Amy and Blake were divorced in August 2009 after a tumultuous 2-year marriage.

Blake Fielder-Civil is currently serving time in jail for burglary and is said to be "inconsolable" at hearing the news of Amy's death. His mother also told the publication that "profiting from Amy's death would be the last thing on his mind".

Amy Winehouse was found dead in her Camden apartment on July 23. She was 27 years old. The cause of death is not yet known as the results of the post-mortem were inconclusive.

The Daily Mail further reports that in April the Sunday Times Rich List estimated that the singer's fortune was at £6m, however it is now thought to be over £10m and is expected to grow as her albums are making a return to the top of the charts.

It is expected that her fortune will be divided between her family members, according to legal experts contacted by the Daily Mail.

A service attended only by friends and family is scheduled to take place at a North London cemetery on Tuesday.
