Thando Thabethe who played the role of Nolwazi Buzo has left Generations. The production company has confirmed in a statement that the actress will no longer be a part of the show. But luckily for the viewers she will be on our small screens until early next year.

“It is with great sadness we announce the resignation of talented actress Thando Thabethe from Generations: The Legacy. Thando was first introduced to our viewers as the independent, free –spirited Nolwazi Buzo,” read the statement.

“My years at Generations: The Legacy have been nothing but amazing. What a privilege it’s been to be part of this amazing family. Playing the role of Nolwazi has been nothing short of life-altering. I have learnt so muchg about myself and the incredible art of acting and I’ve forever indebted to the producers, directors, writers, cast and crew and most especially the viewers. This was not an easy decision to make but I take forward with me great relationships, a better understanding and appreciation of my craft and the confidence that it will take me to greater heights,” Thando said in a statement.

She will be on Generations: The Legacy until early January 2018
