HOLD ON! Did Wizkid pull a 'fake rich kids'?

Johannesburg - Either Wizkid's watch is broken or the Naija rapper just tried to pull a fast one on us.

Wizkid had his fans in a flap this week when he posted this picture on Instagram...

Seems innocent, right? Especially since the rapper was apparently seen in studio with Chris Brown and Jermaine Dupri in LA this last weekend.

EXCEPT! It wasn't morning in LA when he posted it, leading to dozens of fans asking their idol if he was "faking" his location - you know, like when those "rich kids" say they own a house but it's borrowed.

The questions probably would have been left to die in the dark abyss that is the bottom of Instagram (along with all those comments where people ask Cassper Nyovest if he's still dating Amanda Du-Pont) if it wasn't for the fact that WizKid apparently deleted the enquires and blocked the people who asked.

Suspicious? We think so.
