Johannesburg - Her latest song Colors featuring vocalist Tamara Dey is doing extremely well, but business woman DJ Zinhle Jiyane (DJ Zinhle) says she is not sure if she will release a new album anytime soon.

"I am so happy with the way Colors has been gaining momentum since I released it last year," DJ Zinhle tells DRUM.

"Colors is unlike My Name is which blew up from the moment it came out. Colors took it's time and has been maturing since. I am enjoying that. It helps the song to have longevity," she says.

DJ Zinhle who hadn't released any music in years before she released Colors says she was inspired to create the hit after she heard DJ Ganyani's hit featuring singer Layla Talk To Me.

"I heard that song and I missed making music. It's such a jam and I had to make some music. So you can say I 'came back' to music because of DJ Ganyani," she explains.

Even though the song is a hit, she says it may be a while until we get an album from her. DJ Zinhle's last album Feminine Touch was released in 2009.

"Oskido has said it's time I make music and I have been busy over the past couple of years with having my baby and as well as my business and djing, so will see what time brings," she adds.
