South African actress and singer, Miranda Ntshangase has just released her first single “Lendoda” which is now available for download on all digital platforms. “This is a song very close to my heart- It is about the day I met my husband and how I felt at that moment, eleven years down the line and we are still together.”
She plans to release her second single towards the end of this year titled “Ubuhle Bemvelo” and 5 other songs. The album will be released in 2018.
The multi-talented artist also owns two businesses, Star Quality Management and Star Quality Actors Academy.
Miranda explains how much she appreciates and loves her family, “My best achievement has been my two sons and husband whom I love dearly. When the make- up comes off and the glitz and glam fade they will always be there.”
Adding to her busy schedule, Miranda also plays the character of Joy on Mzansi Magic’s The Queen but her character is currently on a break in the US.
“It was phenomenal, I really enjoyed the character as I got to experiment with her the way I saw fit,” Miranda says.
With her character currently off the screen, she keeps herself busy.
“Right now I am focusing on my role on Isidingo as DR Diko and pushing my music businesses. With the actors workshop we give classes every three months with a new batch of students each cycle. I try and give my all to all of them as they will affect change within the industry and help our industry grow,” she says.
