According to The Telegraph, the Red Devils are now open to selling Rashford in the upcoming window should they receive a significant offer and the player indicate that he is open to a new challenge.
Ineos CEO Sir Jim Ratcliffe recently acquired a 25% stake in the club and is now responsible for the football operations side of the club.
Following his arrival, the British billionaire has made some significant changes within the club's recruitment structures, especially with the acquisitions of Omar Berrada and Jason Wilcox as chief executive and technical director, respectively.
They are believed to have decided that, with the exception of Alejandro Garnacho, Rasmus Hojlund and Kobbie Mainoo, they are open to selling all other United squad members, including Rashford.

Rashford has been out of form since his best goalscoring season in the 2022/23 campaign, which consequently landed him a bumper new contract.
