Ed Sheeran paid nearly £4 million to buy out his neighbours

Cape Town – Ed Sheeran has reportedly spent close to £4 million buying out his neighbours around his Suffolk estate. 

The British singer bought four adjacent houses in a village in the English county last year and seems to be expanding his property. This, after neighbours reportedly complained about the noise coming from his home, and with Ed’s plans to renovate soon, he knew full well complaints would only get worse. 

So what exactly is the best way to deal with problems with your neighbours? With an estimated worth of £160 million, for Ed Sheeran, it’s to simply buy them out.
