Cape Town - James Franco is to be subpoenaed in Johnny Depp's lawsuit against Amber Heard after video footage emerged of him in an elevator with the actress.
According to The Blast, James can be seen entering an elevator with Amber just hours after she had an explosive fight with Johnny.
This fight allegedly left Amber with multiple bruises on her face and body.
Last month the actress accused her now ex-husband of perjuring himself in their R722m defamation battle.
Amber and Johnny were married from 3 February 2015 until 13 January 2017. James and Amber heard starred in the 2015 film, The Adderall Diaries was also released under the name True Deception.
