PICS: Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin show major PDA in London

Cape Town – Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin were spotted making out in Hyde Park in London on Sunday.

Their PDA session comes following rumours that they are already married after they were spotted at the Marriage Bureau in NYC.

According to reports Justin alarmed his management team after the photos surfaced as he and Hailey have not yet worked out a prenuptial agreement. 

Meanwhile, the 21-year-old model and her 24-year-old Baby singer are in the UK for Hailey’s Falcon Catwalk Show with Adidas Originals.
