Cape Town - Keeping Up with the Kardashians creator Ryan Seacrest has had it with Blac Chyna and her ongoing legal case with the Kardashian-Jenner clan.

Blac Chyna has filed a lawsuit against the famous family claiming they got reality show Rob & Chyna cancelled. She also wants Ryan to hand over personal emails he exchanged with her estranged ex-fiancé, Rob Kardashian, and his family to prove they encouraged the cancellation.

The American Idol host argued he was never part of the cancelled show and therefore doesn’t see why he should be part of the case.

According to TMZ, Ryan and his crew handed over relevant documents to prove his lack of connection to the ongoing case. The executive producer has reportedly filed a response to Blac Chyna’s “motion to compel compliance with deposition subpoena for personal appearance”.

The court documents filed in Los Angeles County superior court detail what Ryan’s legal team describes as harassment and they want Blac Chyna to pay a fine of $2 460 (R35 000) for the trouble.

Despite the ongoing case Rob and Blac Chyna seem to be getting along well. They both insist they are “actively co-parenting” in the “best interests” of their daughter.

“Angela and I are both actively co-parenting and there are no pending or active custody cases,” Rob tweeted.

In response to his tweet Chyna added: “Robert and I only concern is what’s in the best interest of our daughter that we both equally love. Additionally, Robert is a wonderful father to our Dreamy!”
