Cape Town – Amid royal family feud rumours, sisters-in-law Meghan and Kate will unite for the festive season.

According to E! News, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be heading to Sandringham along with Queen Elizabeth and other royal family members for the festive season.

The regal family is expected to attend the morning service on Christmas Day in Sandringham, as they did last year.

Sandringham - Queen Elizabeth and senior members of the British royal family - along with newcomer Meghan Markle, an American actress engaged to Prince Harry - attended a Christmas church service on Monday as a crowd of local residents gathered. Markle smiled and gave a brief wave in her first public appearance with the queen.

This comes after multiple reports that Meghan and Kate do not get along and are happy that they will be living in separate locations in the new year.

A spokesperson for Kensington Palace has however denied this.

Kensington Palace responds to Kate and Meghan feud rumours

Cape Town - Kensington Palace has reportedly responded to rumours that the Duchess of Cambridge and the Duchess of Sussex are at war with one another. Recent headlines have painted a negative picture of the sisters-in-law after it was reported that Kate was left in tears ahead of Meghan's wedding.

It was previously reported that the queen has also invited Meghan’s mom, Doria, to join them for Christmas.

An insider told Daily Mail that the queen felt as though the invitation was meant as a “thoughtful gesture” for Meghan.
