Former Miss SA Teen Celeste Khumalo will be joining the cast of Generations: The Legacy.
Celeste excitedly shared the news to her fans on her Instagram page.
“Finally I can let y’all know about my new acting role on @generations_the_legacy ?.”
She will be playing a feisty human rights lawyer by the name of Bulelwa Jafta. “Meet Bulelwa Jafta a Human Rights Lawyer with a whole lot of fire, fashion and fiduciary!” she posted.
“I’m ecstatic! This is a big move for myself and my career and I’m looking forward to the work,” she said. She added that she hopes young girls will be inspired by Bulelwa’s professional side.
“I love the fact that she’s a working woman who looks good, does good and stands her ground,” she said.
Generations: The Legacy publicist Nandipha Pantsi says Bulelwa enters into a storyline that once again puts the spotlight on racism in corporate South Africa and the media. Things become very tense between Smanga and Bulelwa when they disagree on how to deal with what Smanga believes is blatant racism.
Celeste will make her debut appearance on the show on Wednesday 10 July 2019
