PICS: Tamaryn Green's first week in Thailand for Miss Universe

Johannesburg – It's about a week since Tamaryn Green waved goodbye to South Africa, flying all the way to Thailand where she is set to compete in the 67th annual Miss Universe pageant.

Tamaryn, who currently holds the Miss South Africa title, has been sharing her journey with fans through Instagram, posting pics from the moment she landed in the Asian country.

So far she has mentioned that she will be rooming with Miss Universe Thailand, Ning Sophida, for the next few weeks leading up to the pageant.

The beauty queen has also shared a clip of herself at a media conference talking about what she is most looking forward to during her stay in Thailand.

“It is truly such an honour to be spending time with 94 other trailblazers, women who are standing up and letting their voices be heard. Can’t wait to get to know and learn from them over the next few weeks,” she captioned the video.

Tamaryn has also had the chance to mingle with her fellow miss Universe contestants as well as explore a bit of Thailand.

The 2018 Miss Universe pageant will take place on 17 December where Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters will crown her successor.
