Some of our favourite celebrities are getting ready to take a trip down the aisle, and we will be waiting right here for those gorgeous wedding pics to surface.
But until then, we thought we'd take a trip down memory lane, and share some of our favourite celeb proposals.
From helicopter rides to romantic island getaways, our local stars really know how to pull out all the stops when it comes to popping the question.
TAKE A LOOK AT FIVE PROPOSALS THAT HAD US WEAK AT THE KNEES:
1. Amanda du-Pont and Shawn Rodriques
Amanda’s surprise engagement to long-time boyfriend Shawn Rodriques is what dreams are made of.
The couple were on vacation in the Maldives when Shawn dropped to one knee and asked Amanda to be his wife.
With white sand and clear blue water surrounding them, this was definitely one of the most romantic proposals we’ve seen.

2. Somizi and Mohale
Somizi went all the way to the city of love to ask his partner Mohale to marry him.
The couple stood on the Love Lock bridge in Paris, with champagne in hand and the Eiffel Tower in the background, when Somizi made his move.
Clearly surprised by what was unfolding, Mohale became incredibly emotional before eventually saying yes.

3. Ryan Hammond and Angelique Allison
Professional dancer Ryan Hammond went the extra mile when he proposed to girlfriend Angelique Allison on live television.
The couple, who were both dancers on reality show Dancing With The Stars SA, had us all gasping when the romantic moment played out.

4. Phat Joe and Palesa Morgan
TV personality Phat Joe proposed to his partner Palesa Morgan with the help of a cute “draw my life” styled video.
The star shared the clip on social media, saying: “She said YESSS!!!”

5. Simoné Nortmann and Andries Pretorius
Actress Simoné Nortmann shared the story of how her partner Andries Pretorius proposed to her, and it was like a fairytale.
According to the Stroomop star, after Andries popped the question he treated her to some champagne, a helicopter ride, a couples massage and a surprise engagement party.
