Cape Town - The likes of ProVerb, Jonathan Boynten-Lee, Lunga Shabalala and Dj Cleo, are some of SA’s celebrity male heroes who have opened up to Men’s Health on why they appreciate their dads this Father’s Day.
"The biggest thing I appreciate about my dad is that he lets me be me," ProVerb tells us. Whilst Jonathan thanks his dad for teaching him his most important lesson, "the only thing you can control in this crazy life, is the amount of love you choose to give out, without expecting anything back in return".

Musician Kyle Deutsch, presenter Lunga Shabalala and rocker Graeme Watkins also took time off in-between gym sessions and busy schedules to share some warm words about their very first role models - with the stars sharing six key lessons they learned from their old men.
Producer DJ Cleo, whose dad recently passed away, also shared a touching message with MH. "I appreciate the tough love that he gave me," says the 38-year-old, "because it helped me overcome the adversity that I came across in the music industry".
