Cape Town - Nomzamo Mbatha’s flare for fashion and eye for colour was more evident than ever before in an exclusive video she shared with Drum Magazine.

Taking to the New York City Ballet on Tuesday night, the 27-year-old seems in love with the world of ballerinas in NYC.

Nomzamo also got to visit the NYC Ballet Costume House while in the Big Apple. The NYC Ballet is the only ballet company in the world to have their own costume department.

This is accompanied by a costume shop and according to their site, the shop is “responsible for creating and maintaining a wealth of imagination that has been translated into fabric, thread, buttons, ribbons and, of course, feathers.”

Each year, the costume shop works in collaboration with renowned fashion designers to create the costumes for new ballets.

Absolutely breathtaking, Nomzamo got to check out the dye room, with the actress overwhelmed by the different colour palettes.
