Cape Town - Local entertainer Zodwa Wabantu shared her latest cosmetic procedure with her 870 000 Instagram followers.
Sharing a video clip from inside the treatment room, Zodwa wrote: "This machine is a Vela Smooth Machine, it is also called a body iron. Irons out cellulite and dimples."
Zodwa also claimed that the procedure reduced the discolouration between her thighs.
In the clips, a medical assistant applies a gel to the affected area, while the medical practitioner uses the device.

According to the Herrwood Medical Centre's website, the "Vela smooth is a non-invasive, body smoothing and contouring treatment for cosmetic, cellulite reduction purposes."
"This hand-piece machine uses vacuum suction technology and massaging mechanical rollers to stimulate blood flow and reduce cellulite," it says on the website.
