Moshe Ndiki and Phelo Bala have taken it upon themselves to spread the love that is needed in some of our lives by advising on how to keep the spark alive during this time.

In an IGTV video posted on their respective accounts, Phelo can be seen sitting next to his fiancé. He explains, "Watching the same movies, reading the same books, share what you're doing on a daily basis, take pictures of what you're doing so you feel like you're a part of somebody else's life."

Moshe jokingly adds that video calls and writing sweet messages, that those couples who live together do not get to do (referring to himself and Phelo), could also be another way of keeping the romance quick.

The video concludes with a "stay at home" message and how the lockdown won't last forever but love always will.
