Cape Town - South African cheaters are about to be exposed, thanks to a new show on Moja Love called Uyajola 9/9.

Much like the American TV show, Cheaters, the show will help people who suspect they’re being cheated on by their partners.

Cheaters follows the cheating partner around for a few days to gather some evidence. They come back with the evidence to show the suspecting partner. After that they go with them to confront the cheating partner whom most of the time is caught in the act.

However, the producer of the show Tshidi Maphatsoe says that Uyajola 9/9 is in fact nothing like the American show.

Speaking to Move! Tshidi says this is a local show and is different from Cheaters. Nonetheless, she fails to tell Move! what the difference is.

"We have a different format from Cheaters," she says. When we ask about the format, she says we must keep our eyes glued on the screen.

Musician Jub Jub will be the presenter of the show.

Tshidi says for the next three years South African cheaters will be exposed on Uyajola 9/9. She jumps in to say that the show will offer counselling to the victims after they have confronted their cheating partners.

Uyajola 9/9 will air on DStv Channel 157 Moja Love on Sunday 26 May.
