With the lockdown, people have had to adapt to a lot of changes. Not only in terms of work and school, but social events and recreational activities too.
Thankfully, digital and social media allows us to still participate in certain social events and feel close to one another. Two weeks ago, YouTube launched its Stay Home with Me project where audiences from different parts of the world can virtually attend a concert by their favourite artist, without violating government regulations to combat the deadly Covid-19.
YouTube revealed the line-up on Friday and it’s as star-studded as they come. With musical giants such as Benjamin Dube, Mthunzi Namba, Mnqobi Nxumalo and Nasty C, there’s something for everyone!
Jethro Tait and Nasty C kickstarted the concert on Good Friday and Nigeria’s Nosa and SA star Matthew Mole ended the concert on Easter Sunday.
