Miss South Africa 2017 and former Miss Universe Demi-Leigh Tebow turned 25 on Sunday.

"25! Finally able to rent a car in the US," Demi-Leigh wrote on Instagram, sharing a photo of herself indulging in a special birthday breakfast of an omelette, toast and fruit.

Demi-Leigh recently showed off a new short hairdo, to bring in the new phase her life, and her 1.5 million followers love the transformation.

Paying tribute to his wife on Instagram, American baseball player Tim Tebow, wrote: "From the moment I met you, I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you. Today, and every day, you deserve to be celebrated! Your love and care for people inspire me every day, and I can't wait to celebrate many birthdays with you my sweets. I love you!"

"I am the luckiest girl in the world! I love you so much," the former beauty queen replied in the comment section of the post.
