Don't get it twisted – even co-parenting pros Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin have their "bad days".
The 47-year-old recently appeared on The Drew Barrymore Show and got candid about raising her children with ex Chris Martin.
The actor was married to the Coldplay singer for 13 years. She went on to have daughter Apple and son Moses with the musician, before tying the knot with Brad Falchuk in 2018.
During her conversation with the Charlie's Angels star, she said: "I mean it's so interesting because in a way my divorce and my relationship with Chris now is better than our marriage was." She added, however, that their relationship is not always "as good as it looks" to the public.
"It's like you're ending a marriage, but you're still in a family. That's how it will be forever.
"Some days it's not as good as it looks. We also have good days and bad days. But I think it's driving towards the same purpose of unity and love and what's best for our kids.
"You take a deep breath, and you look the person in the eye, and you remember your pact and you smile and you hug and you recommit to this new relationship that you are trying to foster."
Apple is 16 years old now and Moses is 14.
Apple is the spitting image of her gorgeous mom, while Moses has his dad's smile.
