Speaking about the inspiration behind the film, Greg says: "John Devries (Director/Producer) and I were in Los Angeles last year pitching some of our other projects. We asked ourselves what would a true historical South African Western look like?

"This led us on a path to put together an incredible team around us, call in tremendous favours to bring this idea to life."

With the concept set in place Greg and John got together a dream team to help bring together their vision and story.

"With John and I both producing (TH Films) we reached out to a fantastic award-winning cinematographer we respect and trust in Rick Joaquim. We also roped in stunt coordinator/actor Deville Vannik as a producer to take care of the specific and intense action component of the project.

"We also got the amazing Mr Cat and The Jackal Band to compose an original song and even got Frank Rautenbach in a cameo role."

Other cast members include Christine Amalia Tesco, Matt Newman and Max Immelman.

The film is set to be released in early 2021 and is currently being adapted into a series.
