The one thing Prince Harry's really missing from back home? Rugby.

The Duke of Sussex appeared in a video on Thursday on the England Rugby Instagram account in which he said: "We all miss rugby."

According to People, due to the sport being a close-contact, highly-physical one, it's been suspended in the UK since 20 March amid the outbreak of the coronavirus.

Harry adds in the video, as part of a message from others in the rugby world including current England captain Owen Farrell and 2003 World Cup winner Jonny Wilkinson: "This pandemic might have paused the game, but it hasn't taken away our spirit."

The video is part of the Pitch In campaign which has seen rugby teams across the UK support their communities and key workers during lockdown.

Harry, who's always had a love for the sport, is the Honourary President of England Rugby.

The duke travelled to Japan last year to support his country in the Rugby World Cup final against South Africa.

He shared a beer with the Springboks in the locker room after they won and saw a half-naked Faf de Klerk.

He later posted an image hugging President Cyril Ramaphosa on the Sussex Royal Instagram account that Harry and Meghan were using at the time saying: "To the whole of South Africa - rugby unites all of us in more ways than we can imagine, and tonight I have no doubt that it will unite all of you. After last month's visit, I can't think of a nation that deserves it more."
