Cape Town - After months of speculation, Cardi B finally revealed that she was indeed expecting a baby, on the set of Saturday Night Live.
She and fiancé, Offset of hip-hop group Migos, are expecting their first child together. But the Bodak Yellow hitmaker did not hide her pregnancy just for the fun of it.
Soon after the announcement, Cardi took to social media to explain her reasons for keeping the baby news under wraps – she doesn’t want anyone scrutinising her blessing.
In a since deleted Instagram story she wrote: “This is why i did not want to say nothing, People be so thirsty to scrutinise and try to destroy something that it suppose [sic] to be a blessing.”
Cardi and her Migos bae’s relationship has been riddled with cheating rumours ever since their engagement last year October.

She has repeatedly spoken out in defence of her relationship with the rapper. According to E! Online Cardi reportedly said: “This s--t happens to everyone and I bet to You too... People handle they relationship different soo…"
This will be Cardi’s first child and Offset’s fourth.
